The worst thing we can do to a human being is to put them in isolation.
Have you ever thought about that?
That a prisoners’ worst punishment ALREADY IN JAIL, is to take all human contact away from them?????
Isolation can make you sick. No matter how much of a hermit you can be (#guilty)
Why am I saying this?
Because a lot of women tend to ‘isolate’ themselves in their business.
The biggest reasons I got this far in my business, aren’t due to the strategies and things my coaches helped me with and the countless courses I’ve bought…
…it’s because when I felt like I didn’t know what to do and WHY I felt in a funk, that I had people I could speak to.
People who knew what being in business is like and how when you’re wearing all of the hats, you don’t even realize that:
- you haven’t seen the outside in 5 days
- while comfy AF, week old sweatpants just AREN’T going to make you feel like you’re ready to conquer the fucking world
- maybe you’ve been talking to yourself like a piece of shit, but because you haven’t allowed yourself to share with anyone you went down a rabbit hole
- you REALLY need a week off!
Freedom is glorious.
But we live in a world where we often feel we have to WORK hard for freedom.
And in that notion, we keep working, working and working and before you know it, that hard work resulted in being lonely.
And the biggest factor I can attribute to where I am now is that I was lucky enough to have met people on my journey who I can call upon…
…people who aren’t afraid to tell me when I’m making excuses, people who listen without needing to respond, people who tell you to be gentle with yourself when you’re being an asshat to yourself (which happens a lot with MANY business owners!)
Don’t get me wrong, I love alone time + PJ’s as much as the next person – but there is such a thing as TOO MUCH even of good thing <– and as much as you may love what you do, allow yourself to receive support from your friends when you’re not always the nicest person to yourself. 
You are loved.
You are valuable.
You are lovable.
You are needed.
You are ENOUGH.
