The idea is that if you find the right tool for the job you’ll be able to free up time to relax, make more money and focus on what REALLY matters.
It makes sense…
Except, what often happens when you go that route is that you’ll end up more overwhelmed, unfocused, tired and making the same money (but often less) because you haven’t fixed the ACTUAL problem THAT CAUSES you to be overwhelmed and stressed to begin with.
So here’s what I tend to suggest to overcome this AND grow through it:
Identify where the overwhelm, stress and pressure come from first!
Most business owners need to slow right down and focus on way too many things at once which, you guessed it, leads to your to do list rivalling Mount Everest!
Bonus points if you can discern between self imposed and self inflicted pressure vs external stressors!
Once you identify and eliminate busywork and focus on priority tasks AND include proper rest and fun Then and ONLY then can you look for external solutions because now you have the headspace to do so!
